The Science
Our Process
Paint Correction
Multi-stage machine polishing removes all swirls and defects — coating locks in perfection, not imperfection.
Surface Prep
IPA wipe-down removes all polish oils and silicones, ensuring a clean bonding surface for the coating.
Application
Coating is applied panel-by-panel in our climate-controlled booth using Ceramic Pro certified products.
Cure & Inspect
48–72 hour controlled cure under UV and infrared lighting, followed by a full inspection before delivery.
